About the Role ketteQ is a supply chain planning and automation platform provided as a Software as a Service solution. As we continue to grow and evolve, were looking for a highly organized and detailed oriented Technical Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in system design, data engineering and software configuration and testing during the implementation of supply chain planning solutions. Primary Responsibilities
Configure and customize the ketteQ solution to meet specific customer business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experienceCreate and implement customizations that extend the core functionality of the ketteQ platform, addressing unique client requirementsAssist in the design and documentation of the system architectures that align with client requirements and ketteQ's platform capabilitiesAssist in the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, leveraging various technologies and protocols to ensure seamless data flowConduct thorough testing and validation of the ketteQ solution including data validation internal to the solution and feature/ requirement outputContribute to the development of compelling software demos, showcasing key features and benefits of the ketteQ solution to potential clientsSupport the design and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the implemented solutionProvide high-quality technical support across L1-L3 levels, resolving complex issues and ensuring continued client satisfaction post-implementation
Qualifications / Skills / Competencies
Three plus (3+) years of experience in technical implementation of Supply chain planning softwareUnderstanding of machine learning concepts and their application in supply chain is preferredStrong proficiency in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL as well as JSON and XMLProficiency in Python a plusSalesforce and Tableau experience a plusUnderstanding of data integration techniques and ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho, Talend, Informatica, or Mulesoft), a plusMust be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is looking to make a career in supply chain managementDemonstrated analytic problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issuesKnowledge of agile development methodologiesMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with international clientsAbility to work independently and work non-standard hours to accommodate globally dispersed teams and clientsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Relevant certifications, preferred:
o SQL: PostgreSQL Associate Certification or Oracle Database SQL Certified Associateo NoSQL and JSON: MongoDB Certified Developer Associate or Couchbase NoSQL Certificationo API Development: API Academy Certified API Designer or Postman API Fundamentals
