Senior Consultant | Immigration Services | HCMC Office

You will be joining the People Advisory Services (PAS) Practice at EY, where the focus is on transforming Mobility into a critical part of the workforce management value chain and enabling strategic advantage. EY offers an integrated, end-to-end, multi-channel solution for mobile employees, ensuring compliance and improved speed to deployment for corporate users. Your role will be crucial in making Mobility a core part of the wider workforce planning agenda, contributing to organizational growth and the development of a sustainable workforce for the future. - Support immigration consultants in delivering quality and effective work to clients by focusing on Immigration matters for foreign employees of companies with globally mobile employees. - Liaise with clients and competent authorities, manage multiple administrative tasks, and handle client expectations, deadlines, and deliverables. - Develop effective relationships with clients and relevant state authorities. - Degree in Foreign Trade, Foreign Language, Law, or related major. - At least 4 years of relevant working experience in Immigration services with experience working with authorities. - Excellent verbal and written English skills. - Sound computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a positive work attitude. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. - Resourceful and logical in problem-solving.
