About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will act as the primary link between our customers and delivery teams. You will translate business needs into concrete solutions while coordinating resources, managing projects, and ensuring seamless deliveries.

This role blends functional system configuration, customer engagement, and project management, all within a collaborative, skilled team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in CRM project deliveries
• Manage implementation projects end-to-end
• Translate customer needs into specifications for technical teams
• Support functional clarifications and evaluate developed solutions
• Collaborate with technical resources for solution adjustments
• Prepare documentation and train super users
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers for optimal system usage

Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with the Power Platform ecosystem, Dataverse, and administration of Power Platform solutions
• Strong business understanding & project delivery experience
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
• Ownership-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities
