We’re Hiring: Senior Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 CRM If you are passionate about delivering high-impact customer solutions, driving digital transformation, and leading end-to-end CRM implementations, this role is for you. About the Role: As a Senior Consultant, you will act as the primary link between our customers and delivery teams. You will translate business needs into concrete solutions while coordinating resources, managing projects, and ensuring seamless deliveries. This role blends functional system configuration, customer engagement, and project management, all within a collaborative, skilled team environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in CRM project deliveries Manage implementation projects end-to-end Translate customer needs into specifications for technical teams Support functional clarifications and evaluate developed solutions Collaborate with technical resources for solution adjustments Prepare documentation and train super users Serve as a trusted advisor to customers for optimal system usage Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) Experience with the Power Platform ecosystem, Dataverse, and administration of Power Platform solutions Strong business understanding & project delivery experience Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams Ownership-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities Personal Qualities: Structured, self-driven, and proactive Strong communication & relationship-building skills Curious about customers, processes, and technology A team player who shares knowledge and uplifts colleagues If this sounds like your next career move, we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Apply now: hr@evidi.in
