Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Scope of work *Lead PMU operations and drive high-level reform initiatives. *Coordinate senior government engagement for process upgrades. *Spearhead BPR and SOP design to boost efficiency. *Set and monitor KPIs for performance optimization.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

Master of Business Administration or equivalent
Post Graduate Diploma in Management or equivalent
PGP in Management or equivalent

Experience

5 years of relevant experience
Prior IT experience would be preferred

People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. We look for people who are agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
