Senior Consultant - Business Consulting PI - Transformation Delivery

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry with significant expertise in at least three areas. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage clients and accounts, building professional relationships and meeting business development targets. Ensure compliance with the firm's standards, processes, and policies. Contribute to initiatives enhancing market leadership, growth, quality, people agenda, and operational excellence. Lead recruiting activities and provide technical expertise in procurement, integrated planning, network design, supply chain, sales and marketing, strategy, and logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business transformation and growth. ### Job Requirements In-depth domain knowledge in one or more sectors, including listed FMCG. Expertise in business transformation, process re-engineering, market assessment, post-merger integration, strategy, and business planning. Strong understanding of sales and marketing improvement/transformation, strategic cost reduction, and supply chain management/optimization. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach to problem-solving. Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background).
