Senior Config Ops Specialist

As a hard-working Senior Config Ops Specialist at Aristocrat, your role will involve ensuring product configuration accuracy by managing time effectively and completing all configuration orders by the end of the day. You will be responsible for constantly monitoring your assigned queue to maintain a duration of 6 calendar days or less. Additionally, you will serve as a backup for the Config Ops Supervisor, assist with QC case management, train new hires, and collaborate with various teams within the organization to address questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Manage time effectively to complete all configuration orders by the end of the day - Monitor assigned queue to maintain a duration of 6 calendar days or less - Serve as a backup for Config Ops Supervisor - Assist with QC case management and overflow quality checks - Train new hires in Config Ops processes - Perform peer-to-peer quality checks within EGM build, conversion, and sign-only spaces - Collaborate with Inside Sales, Sales teams, Marketing, and ERP for accurate hardware and software selections - Conduct root cause analysis for quality errors - Coordinate expedite requests and prioritize accordingly - Respond to customer order status requests and address requests from Production and Quality - Promote positive communication with Sales to improve timely delivery - Participate in meetings with Config Ops leadership - Support other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications: - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in order management systems and analytical tools - Experience with Salesforce and D365 preferred - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Access - Excellent English language skills Why Aristocrat Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, delivering top-tier performance for B2B customers and joy to millions of players worldwide.
