Senior Commercial Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling invoicing, DGFT activities, tax-related works, and coordination of both domestic and export logistics. Ensure all commercial operations are carried out smoothly and in compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sales invoices for domestic and export customers.
• Handle DGFT-related work
• Coordinate with accounts for GST entries, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
• Manage logistics for domestic and export dispatches.
• Liaise with transporters, CHA, and freight forwarders for shipment clearance and delivery.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, shipping, and DGFT documents.
• Prepare and update MIS reports for invoicing, DGFT, and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams – Sales, Production, Stores, and Accounts.

Qualification & Experience:

• B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance or related field).
• 5–8 years of experience in invoicing, DGFT, taxation, and logistics (preferably in manufacturing or export industry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
