Job Summary: Responsible for handling invoicing, DGFT activities, tax-related works, and coordination of both domestic and export logistics. Ensure all commercial operations are carried out smoothly and in compliance with company and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify sales invoices for domestic and export customers. Handle DGFT-related work Coordinate with accounts for GST entries, reconciliations, and tax compliance. Manage logistics for domestic and export dispatches. Liaise with transporters, CHA, and freight forwarders for shipment clearance and delivery. Maintain proper records of invoices, shipping, and DGFT documents. Prepare and update MIS reports for invoicing, DGFT, and logistics. Coordinate with internal teams – Sales, Production, Stores, and Accounts. Qualification & Experience: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance or related field). 5–8 years of experience in invoicing, DGFT, taxation, and logistics (preferably in manufacturing or export industry).
