Job Overview

Senior Civil Engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil execution including planning, supervision, and monitoring at the site
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion
• Review structural and civil drawings for compliance and accuracy
• Prepare work schedules, material requirements, and daily progress reports
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the construction site
• Ensure effective deployment and utilisation of labour workforce
• Liaise with clients, project heads, and internal teams for project alignment
  

Preferred Criteria

• Engineers who can bring a

  labour team of at least 50 people

  will be given preference
• Must have a proven network and experience in mobilising workforce for civil work
• Familiarity with labour management and productivity tracking is a strong plus
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 6 - 8 years of experience in

  large-scale construction or industrial projects

• Strong knowledge of

  site execution, layout, and technical specifications

• Ability to manage

  large teams

  and subcontractors effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  

Salary & Benefits

• ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month depending on experience and

  labour mobilization capability

• Food and Accommodation

  provided by the company at the site
• Priority given to candidates with their own labour teams
• Additional allowances or incentives based on performance
