Mechanic Expert

✅ Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of trucks and poklains.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, engine, and electrical faults.
• Conduct on-site breakdown repairs promptly to minimise downtime.
• Maintain service logs, maintenance records, and parts usage history.

Diesel Refuelling & Fuel Management

• Manage daily diesel refuelling of trucks, poklains, and other site machinery.
• Track fuel usage and maintain proper fuel logs.
• Ensure accuracy and accountability in diesel consumption records.

Support Functions

• Coordinate with site supervisors and operators for scheduled servicing.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards during maintenance and refuelling.
• Assist in procurement and management of spare parts and consumables.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in truck & poklain/excavator maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy vehicle systems.
• Ability to manage on-site refuelling operations with accuracy.
• Problem-solving attitude with readiness to handle emergency breakdowns.
