✅ Scope of Work

1. Civil Works

• Carpentry, bar bending, masonry, and helper teams
• Shuttering / Formwork:

  275 Sqft (with provision for 50 Sqft extra)

• Steel Reinforcement:

  7,500 MT

• Concrete PCC / RCC:

  150 Cum

• (Concrete will be supplied and laid by boom placer)

Note:

• Carpenter / Fitter / Mason – ₹650 / day
• Helper – ₹450 / day

2. Structural Works

• Fabrication and erection of structural sheds

  after civil completion

• Coordination with site teams for sequencing of civil and structural activities

📝 Key Requirements

mobilizing 75–100 workers

Client gate pass norms are strict

• Police verification (Applied copy at minimum)
• PF & ESIC registration
• Bank passbook copy, ID proof, etc.

Project Value:

Payment Terms:

• Monthly final payment

  based on progress

• Weekly cash advance

  for labor expenses (every Sunday)
• ❌ No advance will be paid before reaching site

• Proven track record in

  industrial civil / structural projects

  , ideally in cement plants or similar large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong workforce management and planning capabilities.
• Familiarity with

  safety protocols

  , client documentation, and gate pass procedures.
• Financial and administrative capacity to manage manpower deployment at scale.
• Availability of site supervisors / foremen for daily coordination.

💰 Commercial Terms

• Labor rates will be finalized as per agreed BOQ / progressive billing.
• Weekly advances for manpower are provided to ensure smooth cash flow.

• No mobilization advance
