Job Description

As a Senior Channel Growth Partner at Seceon Inc., a global innovator in AI-powered cybersecurity platforms, your primary responsibility will be to drive Seceon's regional presence in Delhi NCR by establishing and nurturing a robust network of channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. You will play a key role in building alliances, delivering value, and unlocking revenue opportunities through the channel ecosystem. Your duties will include identifying, onboarding, and activating new channel partners in the Delhi NCR region, maintaining strong relationships with resellers, VARs, and distributors, as well as guiding partners on Seceon's value proposition, product stack, and incentive models. Additionally, you will be required to make regular in-person visits to partner offices and client meetings, drive demand-gen activities, workshops, and co-branded initiatives with key partners, and support partners in pre-sales conversations, customer demos, and deal closures. In terms of sales enablement and coordination, you will be responsible for tracking the regional funnel, partner performance, and deal progression, as well as coordinating with internal sales engineers and product teams for technical support. Furthermore, you will need to share timely reports, market insights, and competitor activity from the field. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure products. An understanding of partner dynamics, field sales cycles, and enterprise buying behavior is crucial. You should enjoy engaging with decision-makers, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in both English and Hindi. Experience working with reseller ecosystems, MSSPs, or regional SIs, familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM, and a background in cybersecurity or cloud-based enterprise solutions would be advantageous.,
