Senior Channel Development Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for recruiting new agents and engaging with existing agents. Additionally, you will be planning and devising local schemes and engagement programs for agents to enhance productivity and activation. Conducting product training, managing the agent lifecycle, and overseeing brand development through sales campaigns will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will ensure zero discrepancies and high customer service satisfaction, while meeting monthly goal targets consistently.
