Job Description

As a Recruitment and Engagement Specialist, your role will involve recruiting new agents and engaging with existing ones. You will be responsible for planning and devising local schemes and engagement programs for agents to ensure their productivity and activation. Conducting product training for agents and managing their life cycle will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment of new agents and engagement with existing agents. - Planning and devising local schemes and engagement programs for agents. - Ensuring agent productivity and activation. - Providing product training to agents and managing their life cycle. - Conducting sales campaigns for brand development. - Ensuring zero discrepancies and high customer service satisfaction. - Meeting goal sheet targets on a month-on-month basis. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in recruitment and engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to plan and execute engagement programs effectively. - Knowledge of sales and brand development strategies. - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets consistently. Please note that this is a full-time job with the work location being in person.,
