Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to prospective candidates, clearly articulating the value proposition of the CPA /CMA/MBA- AI programs.
• Handle the full sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to enrollment ensuring strong lead engagement and conversion.
• Provide one-on-one consultations to explore candidates academic and career goals and recommend appropriate pathways.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions using CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and academic support, to streamline the enrollment process.
• Represent

  Miles Education

  at webinars, virtual events, and in-person info sessions to build brand awareness and credibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduate
• At least 1 years of experience in education counselling, ed-tech sales, or inside sales related to professional certifications or international education.
• Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach to closing high-intent leads ethically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and inform.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and online communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
