Senior Captain / Sr. Steward

As the Steward Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the steward department to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols. You will work closely with other departments to facilitate seamless and efficient operations. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of customer service by handling guest requests and issues. Additionally, you will be in charge of training and mentoring team members to deliver excellent service and monitoring inventory to ensure adequate supplies for service operations. You will also play a key role in implementing and enforcing safety and health regulations, as well as preparing and managing schedules to maintain proper staffing levels.
