As a Senior Business/Product Analyst at our company in Dehradun, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into functional product solutions. Your strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirements gathering sessions to analyze and document business requirements in BRDs and FRDs. - Translate client needs into actionable plans by researching available solutions. - Break down business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and create prototypes for business solutions. - Engage with stakeholders through demos, updates, and progress reports to ensure alignment. - Collaborate with deal owners on business documentation, contracts, and communications from a technical perspective. - Work closely with project management, engineering, and business teams for successful project delivery. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment to meet sprint goals. - Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployment. - Produce high-quality documentation and propose process improvements based on business and technical needs. - Guide junior analysts, foster a collaborative work environment, and encourage best practices. - Utilize tools like Google Slides, Sheets, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint for effective communication and documentation. - Manage deadlines, workloads, and exceed project goals consistently. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in Business/Product Analysis, focusing on BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. - Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work across cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in agile methodologies, wireframing tools, and data visualization tools. - Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and delivering high-quality products. - Proven track record of mentoring teams and driving best practices.
