Senior Business/Product Analyst

As a Senior Business/Product Analyst at our company in Dehradun, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leading sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring clear documentation as BRDs and FRDs. You will translate client needs into actionable implementation plans after researching available solutions. - Breaking down business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and creating prototypes to illustrate business solutions, ensuring alignment with the final product. - Engaging with stakeholders by presenting demos, updates, and regular progress reports. You will collaborate with deal owners to review and prepare business documentation, contracts, and communications from a technical perspective. - Working closely with project management, engineering, and business teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation. You will capture and communicate technical requirements for successful project delivery. - Actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and end-to-end testing (E2E), ensuring the team stays aligned and meets sprint goals. - Coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the solution meets business expectations before deployment. - Producing high-quality documentation, simplifying complex analysis, and proposing process improvements based on business and technical needs. - Guiding junior analysts, encouraging best practices, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. - Utilizing tools such as Google Slides, Sheets, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint to manage documentation, track progress, and facilitate communication effectively. - Structuring work to meet deadlines, managing workloads effectively, and exceeding project goals by consistently delivering above expectations. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience in Business/Product Analysis, with a focus on BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. - Expertise in agile methodologies, wireframing tools, and data visualization tools. - Proven track record in stakeholder management and delivering high-quality products. - Experience mentoring teams and driving best practices.,
