Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 10+ years of experience in SAP and non-SAP integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in middleware-based functional design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across global teams to deliver enterprise integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with global business and technical teams.
• Create detailed Functional Specifications for SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Define integration logic, field mappings, transformation rules, and error handling.
• Collaborate with middleware teams (SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure, etc.) for technical alignment.
• Document end-to-end data and process flows across systems.
• Support SIT, UAT, and cutover by validating integration outcomes.
• Drive gap analysis, root-cause resolution, and ensure governance compliance.
• Work effectively across global time zones and onsite/offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years as BSA / Functional Analyst / Integration Analyst.
• Expertise in SAP and non-SAP integration design with middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (API, IDoc, EDI, queues, file transfers).
• Ability to translate business processes into testable functional designs.
• Skilled in global collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Self-driven, analytical, and adept at managing priorities in a complex environment.

Preferred Experience

• Retail / Apparel industry or Supply Chain domain (Demand Planning, Allocation, Inventory, Fulfillment).
• Work with multi-system ERP ecosystems (SAP ECC/S4, OMS, DC, vendor systems).
• Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and integration governance frameworks.
