Role Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive who can convert leads via telephone calls. You will be instrumental in growing our customer base, understanding market dynamics, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to convert them into clients where leads generated by Marketing Team
• Handle full sales cycle over phone: pitching, objections, follow-ups, and closing
• Maintain and update CRM with call records, sales data, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with marketing to align on promotions, offers, and product launches
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to business growth strategies
• Leadership to Manage the Team

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in FMCG sales or related sectors (mandatory)
• Strong telephone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent negotiation skills; results and target-oriented
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting sales metrics
• Self-motivated, disciplined, able to work independently and Good Leadership Skills
