Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive process capability activities to ensure consistent execution and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with Capability Management and stakeholders to define strategy and align process improvements.
Develop and deliver training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to build organizational capability.
Interface with IT (DSS) for system development, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Define, document, and implement process capabilities, tools, and training requirements for global consistency.
Resolve process/system issues, monitor performance metrics, and identify gaps for continuous improvement and future enhancements.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience preferred
Master s degree or equivalent military experience
