What You’ll Do

• Drive B2B sales, build new markets, and manage key accounts.
• Lead RFP/RFQ, tendering, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Manage MOUs, long-term agreements, pricing, and supply planning.
• Conduct market research, track price trends, and develop strategies.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, and technical teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers or suppliers (role-specific).

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of experience in your domain.
• Strong technical & commercial understanding.
• Proven experience in BD or Sourcing in EPC/Metals/Steel/Solar/Resins.
• Ability to drive growth, build partnerships, and manage end-to-end cycles.
