Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition activities for PhD assistance services. The person will build strong relationships with students, researchers, and institutions, manage a sales team, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

: - Develop strategies to grow the business and achieve revenue goals. -Identify new markets, clients (students, researchers, universities), and opportunities. - Lead, train, and motivate the business development team. - Build strong relationships with existing and new clients. - Handle client discussions, proposals, and negotiations. - Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. - Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions. - Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in education, research, or related fields). - Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to create strategies and drive a team to achieve results. - Good knowledge of PhD assistance services (thesis, research papers, editing, publications, etc.) is an advantage. - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
