We are a fast-growing digital marketing company empowering brands to scale their online presence through performance-driven campaigns, innovative strategies, and end-to-end digital solutions. To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager who can expand our footprint in global markets with a sharp focus on the USA.
Drive new business acquisition in international markets, with primary responsibility for the USA.
Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and repeat business.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines and offerings from the ground up.
Develop tailored proposals, impactful pitch presentations, and client-centric solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads, while effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry mapping to uncover new opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets, contributing directly to the company's growth roadmap.
Represent the organization confidently at international webinars, events, and client-facing engagements.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven international business development experience, with significant exposure to the USA market.
Strong track record of establishing business development/marketing frameworks from the ground up.
Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Performance Marketing.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to work flexible hours to engage with international clients effectively.
