About the Role

Senior Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
Drive full-cycle sales, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue and quota targets.
Collaborate with internal delivery and recruiting teams to align client needs with solutions.
Leverage industry knowledge and professional networks, particularly in the Dallas market, to create business opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of proven sales/business development experience in IT Consulting or Staffing Services.
Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and new business.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Stable work history with evidence of career growth in previous organizations.
Established network and presence in the Dallas market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
