Business Development – Honeywell Fire, BMS & PA Systems

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development professional to manage and grow our Honeywell Fire, BMS (Building Management Systems), and PA (Public Address) Systems business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic client engagement and solution-oriented selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand business opportunities for Honeywell Fire, BMS & PA systems
• Identify and target potential clients across South Gujarat and Ahmedabad
• Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams and OEM partners
• Travel to client locations as required

Candidate Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in the manufacturing or automation industry
• Strong understanding of industrial systems and integrated solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage regional sales efforts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions
