About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Pre-Sales BDM who can turn opportunities into business growth. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our sales team — identifying prospects, creating strong proposals, and supporting the full sales journey with energy and insight. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through research, calls, and networking. Engage with leads to understand their needs and suggest the right spice solutions. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed deals. Maintain a strong lead pipeline and update CRM regularly. Support marketing campaigns, product demos, and client meetings. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship building. Proactive, energetic, and target-driven attitude. Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
