Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to drive growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches. Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals and policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records using CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
