Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to drive business initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Track and report on sales performance, goals, and outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
