Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to research and identify potential leads using various channels. You will need to initiate contact with leads through calls, emails, and messages, and then qualify these leads to understand their business needs. Your role will also involve presenting our services and customizing proposals to meet the needs of the leads. Building relationships and guiding leads through the sales funnel to conversion will be a key aspect of this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential for effectively engaging with leads. You should also possess the ability to manage and nurture multiple leads simultaneously. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The benefits include paid sick time and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for a performance bonus.
