Senior Business Development Executive - IT Sales

As a Senior Business Development Executive for IT Services, you will be responsible for accelerating sales growth and driving business for B2B segments in international markets. Your role will involve strategic planning, lead generation, client relationship management, and continuous improvement of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Accelerate sales growth by leveraging your experience and knowledge in IT services such as Mobile App, Web App, and Game App. - Develop strategic plans to grow business in B2B segments, establish rapport with potential clients, and arrange meetings. - Generate leads through various channels for new accounts and penetrate existing accounts. - Conduct outbound and inbound calls, deliver professional presentations, and understand market trends and competitive landscape. - Set sales objectives, forecast annual sales quotas, and manage the sales forecasting and planning processes. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive process improvement and successful implementation of sales automation platforms. - Provide reports and business insights to the sales and marketing teams by analyzing pipeline data, lead data, and market segmentation. - Manage enterprise-level clients with excellent presentation skills and become a subject matter expert on services, processes, and industry news. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 1.5 to 4 years of experience in IT sales. - Bachelor's degree. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT sales and business development. - Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. - Knowledge of the IT industry, including trends, competitors, and technologies. - Flexibility to work in various time zones based on client requirements.,
