Job Description

  • Monitor government and private tender portals for relevant opportunities.
  • Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, etc.) to determine feasibility and requirements.
  • Assess the commercial and technical viability of tenders.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, including technical proposals, pricing, and company credentials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to gather necessary input.
  • Ensure timely submission of all documents in the required format.
  • Develop and manage the bid plan and timelines.
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain version control and document management for each bid.
  • Follow up with clients regarding bid status and evaluations.
  • Assist in negotiations or clarification meetings, if required.
  • Maintain records of submitted bids, feedback, and results for future reference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
