We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) with in-depth knowledge of web and mobile app technologies and a proven track record in lead generation and client communication The ideal candi should be well-versed in platforms such as Upwork, PPH (PeoplePerHour), Guru, and LinkedIn, with strong skills in proposal writing, client follow-ups, and pre-sales coordination This role will focus on driving qualified leads, managing initial communication, and supporting the conversion pipeline


Responsibilities:

Manage the

entire sales lifecycle

from lead generation to successful

lead conversion and onboarding

Proactively reach out to potential clients via

Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn

, understand their project requirements, and initiate communication
Prepare detailed and persuasive

proposals, quotations, and technical documentation

tailored to client needs
Conduct client meetings (email, chat, video calls) to discuss project scope, timelines, and value propositions
Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and communication
Close deals effectively and hand over converted projects to the delivery team with all necessary documentation
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience

    in business development or sales in the IT industry, with a focus on

    web and mobile app services

  • Proven success in

    client communication, proposal writing, and lead conversion

    on platforms like

    Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn

  • Strong understanding of

    frontend/backend web technologies

    and mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B
    Tech, B, etc)
MBA or PG Diploma in keting/IT is preferred
