Job Description

Job Title: Senior

Location:

Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard and manage key corporate clients, HR/Procurement heads and large enterprises for bulk gifting.
Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate gifting sales and partnerships.
Pitch premium/customized gifting solutions, negotiate pricing, and close high-value deals.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and ensure end-to-end execution product selection, branding, packaging and timely delivery.
Build and manage a pipeline of corporate leads, maintain CRM and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with production, design, logistics and finance teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Mentor junior team members and handle escalations or VIP clients.

Requirements:

4-7 years of experience in corporate gifting / B2B sales / enterprise business development.
Strong network with corporate HR, admin, procurement and event agencies in Pune and nearby regions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of closing bulk/corporate gifting deals.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle client expectations end-to-end.
