agent onboarding, FASTag sales, and new product initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Agent/Subagent Onboarding:

• Identify and recruit agents/subagents in targeted geographies.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance during onboarding.
• Conduct product and process training for new agents and provide marketing support.

• Sales & Channel Development:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly FASTag sales targets through direct and indirect channels.
• Develop new sales channels such as corporate tie-ups and fleet operators.
• Drive customer engagement and awareness campaigns for FASTag adoption.

• Operational Excellence:

• Ensure timely issuance, delivery, and activation of FASTags.
• Minimize customer complaints and improve turnaround time.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare MIS reports.

• New Initiatives & Innovation:

• Support pilots for credit card, insurance, and savings account lead generation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth product rollouts.
• Contribute innovative ideas for agent network efficiency and product adoption.
• Assist in scalability planning for successful pilots and full-scale launches.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any UG Graduate
• Strong business development and sales experience.
• Knowledge of compliance and KYC processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
