About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Consultant to take a leadership role in our consulting division. This position requires close collaboration with senior management to design strategies, oversee consulting operations, and ensure the delivery of impactful business solutions. The Senior Consultant will play a key role in guiding the consulting team, developing structured processes, and driving organisational growth through innovative and scalable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide strategic direction and leadership for the consulting division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

· Lead, mentor, and develop the consulting team across multiple functions including Sales, HR, Operations, Purchase, and Strategic Planning.

· Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute growth strategies for expanding client portfolios.

· Support client acquisition and on boarding by identifying business needs and delivering customised solutions.

· Establish and standardise systems, frameworks, and SOPs to ensure consistency and operational excellence.

· Oversee project implementation to guarantee timely delivery and measurable results for clients.

· Conduct performance reviews, set clear KPIs, and build a culture of accountability within the team.

· Work on identifying new service opportunities, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement plans.

· Ensure quality standards and compliance are maintained across all consulting activities.

Requirements

· 5 to 10 years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or operations leadership.

· Proven ability to scale consulting or service delivery teams and manage multiple projects.

· Strong expertise in Sales, HR systems, Operations, SOP Development, and Strategic Planning.

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.

· Ability to design and implement scalable systems and processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
