What You’ll Do

• Quality Review & Eligibility Assessment
• Operational Execution
• Features Moderation
• Escalation Management
• Projects & Improvements

Reporting & Insights Must Have: Experience reviewing work quality or being technically involved in at least one domain:

• Design
• Website/App/Software Development
• Marketing
• Writing
• Video
• Music
• Data/AI
• Business

What You’ll Bring

• High-level proficiency in English (written & spoken)
• Strong Excel & data analysis skills
• Proven customer orientation & communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Independent, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
