Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. You will conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce implementations. Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla will be part of your responsibilities, and you will work closely with the development team to resolve them. Ensuring that new and existing Salesforce functionalities meet business requirements and do not negatively impact system performance is crucial. Maintaining test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports, will also be a part of your role. Collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers is essential to ensure the smooth execution of testing cycles. You will need to stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. Providing recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of Salesforce applications will be expected from you. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance. A Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory, or a minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce projects is required. Hands-on experience in testing Salesforce functionalities, including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Permission Sets is necessary. Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards, and knowledge of Tableau CRM, is a plus. Experience in automated testing tools for Salesforce is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also crucial to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
