Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst specialized in Salesforce, located in Pune. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, optimizing business processes, and performing detailed business analysis. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with stakeholders, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions. This role requires effective communication to bridge gaps between IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in Business Process optimization and Business Requirements gathering
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in working with Salesforce and other CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Salesforce are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
