Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, CMA/CA certified.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or plant controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment, will be an added advantage
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and business intelligence software
Expertise in B2P, Budgeting modeling, forecasting, and cost accounting
Experience with process improvement methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
Digital knowledge in Power BI and Python, AI.
