Senior Business Analyst Plant Controlling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, CMA/CA certified.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or plant controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment, will be an added advantage
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and business intelligence software
• Expertise in B2P, Budgetingmodeling, forecasting, and cost accounting
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Digital knowledge in Power BI and Python, AI.
