Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications - ensuring the delivery of impactful and high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Quickly understand business goals and elicit clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and define the solution scope.
Business Analysis: Plan and approach complex analysis situations using structured methodologies.
Technical Understanding: Translate business needs into technical requirements with an understanding of software lifecycle and system processes.
Developer Support: Collaborate with the development team to clarify and refine requirements during the development lifecycle.
Solution Customization: Support system configuration, debugging, and customization to meet business goals.
Release Coordination: Assist the release team with planning and executing smooth deployments.
Quality Assurance: Conduct functional testing and validations to ensure solution quality and usability.
Issue Management: Track, document, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Proven ability to work in dynamic environments with tight timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Experience working on software development projects, including Agile teams.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and requirement documentation platforms.
Prior exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects is a valuable addition.
