Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Map end-to-end workflows and SOPs, embedding guardrails and exception handling.
• Build mockups and wireframes (Figma, PPT, low-code tools) for analyst testing.
• Translate analyst and business feedback into structured requirements documents for Tech teams.
• Prototype workflow orchestrations that demonstrate AI-assisted research, decisioning, and exception routing.
• Partner with ML/Automation engineers to align prototypes with feasible automation approaches.
• Ensure that workflows tie directly to client value and operational efficiency.
• Comfort with analytics using SQL/Python to validate pilot workflow outputs before handover
• Document outputs in a form suitable for handover to enterprise Tech for scaling.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, workflow design, or process re-engineering.
• Strong background in SOP creation, process mapping, and prototyping.
• Demonstrated experience working with analyst/end-user teams to translate needs into workflows.
• Familiarity with

  document intelligence, OCR/NLP

  , and microbot orchestration.
• Proficiency in workflow visualization tools (e.g., Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, PPT).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional pilots and rapid feedback cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to

  AI/ML-assisted workflows

  or automation design.
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Jira, Confluence) for managing pilots.
• Experience in

  construction intelligence, sales intelligence, or research-heavy environments

• Ability to work closely with engineers and analysts, balancing design and feasibility.
