Conduct business analysis and document requirements through BRDs, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
Manage system and data integrations, data workflows, and batch transfers.
Collaborate with engineering on API solutions and provide Tier 2/3 production support.
Proficient in business analysis, requirements documentation, and system integrations.
Skilled in data analysis, SQL queries, system configuration, and validation.
Soft Skills Required:
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Agile teamwork and collaboration.
Accountability for tasks and deliverables.
Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Analytical mindset for system evaluation and enhancement.
