Job Description

JD: Ability to interact with Client Stakeholders to understand new Business requirements/Change requests in the Card Management system (GFN) and its surrounding interfaces. Ability to Conduct change impact’ analysis in to assess the potential implications of changes and Documents business rules, functions and requirements. Identify and prepare a solution document after understanding existing functional/Technical features for any new requirements/CRs which require minimal changes to System/surrounding interfaces. For both new/Change requests – ability to derive ‘High-Level’ estimates along with justifications and participate in the client prioritization calls. Perform defect triage for the production support tickets for any functional issues and to produce ‘Solution document’ that involves minimal changes Should be able to interpret functional, technical specifications and translate in terms, understandable to the end-developers/QA team. Ability to clarify any product/functional queries to Developers/QA team Ability to clarify any product related to Product owner/business users. Ability to support business users on user acceptance testing
