Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

Facilitate workshops and interviews with subject matter experts to gather insights and define use cases.

Support the identification and onboarding of Data Owners, helping to foster a culture of data stewardship.

Document and map existing data assets, contributing to the development of a comprehensive data catalogue.

Investigate and document data retention rules

Conduct gap analyses between current and target states, technologies, or business processes.

Work closely with delivery teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and support solution design.

Partner with testing teams to validate that solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria.

Use tools such as Jira to manage and track requirements and analysis tasks.

About You

Strong interest in data and its role in driving business value.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within a data or digital transformation context.

Skilled in selecting appropriate analysis techniques and documenting business and system processes.

Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Good SQL knowledge and experience.

Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence is advantageous.
