Job Description

Point of Contact (POC) for Business Intelligence

Act as the primary POC for business intelligence within the Delivery function.

Management Information Updates

Update Management Information on cloud platforms such as SharePoint, Google Appsheets, spreadsheets, and JIRA.

Report and Dashboard Automation

Create and automate reports and dashboards to meet MIS/BI requirements for Project Management.

Process Compliance

Ensure high compliance with all Project Management-related processes.

Data Sharing and Analysis

Share information between Finance and Project Management teams with accuracy and regular cadence.
Drive business decisions based on insights from historical data and experience.

Process Improvement & Standardization

Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency improvements in Project Management.
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates within the D&S function.

Training & Adoption

Provide training to team members on SOPs to ensure smooth adoption of updated or new processes.
