Description
Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams to drive business objectives. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track and enhance supply chain performance. Assist in crafting and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Identify risks and propose solutions to address supply chain challenges. Build and maintain data models; perform data mining to find improvement opportunities. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality checks. Develop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize supply chain forecasting. Present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Generate and deliver core and ad-hoc analysis to support managers and division leaders in decision-making. Create and maintain business reports and dashboards using AI/BI tools like Business Objects, SAP, SQL Server, etc. Simplify complex analytical concepts for easy understanding by non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate across time zones to ensure seamless communication with global stakeholders. Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics, ideally in the automotive sector. Proficiency in statistical tools (Python, advanced Excel) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Experience with data engineering tools such as ETL, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Databricks. Strong understanding of supply chain management, including inventory, procurement, and demand forecasting. Knowledge of database structures, data modeling, and data management principles. SAP knowledge in supply chain is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences. Flexibility to work across different time zones and willingness to collaborate globally.
