Senior Business Analyst

Role : Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst - General Insurance -Travel/Cattle

What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates to join us as a part of our Technology team as Business Analyst.

Total Experience range?
A minimum experience of 5-9 years. Qualification: Any Graduate

Skill Set:
Understanding of general insurance (travel/cattle insurance products knowledge is a plus). Expertise in at least one insurance process: Quote, Policy Issuance, Finance, or Claims Practical experience with basic SQL, JSON, and API integration Exposure to Java, micro-services, and web services is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Requirements: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Marketing, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance) and external partners to align on processes and systems. Lead requirement gathering and solution design. Define and document the customer journey. Coordinate with development teams on project planning and delivery. Participate in weekly sprint planning with Product Managers. Understand business priorities and drive process alignment with development efforts.
